Add and switch between multiple locations under one organization
Overview
If your organization has multiple receiving locations, you can manage them all from one account. Each facility has its own packages, team, and settings — but billing is managed at the organization level.
Adding a facility
Go to Organization Settings and add a new facility. Each facility is billed separately at $80/month. The charge is prorated for the current billing period.
Switching facilities
Use the facility switcher in the sidebar or settings to switch between your locations. Each facility has completely separate data — packages from one facility are never visible in another.
Tips
- Each facility is billed independently — adding one increases your monthly charge
- Data is completely isolated between facilities for security
- You can deactivate a facility instead of deleting it to preserve historical records
