Facility Settings

Overview

Facility settings control how your facility operates. You can update the name, manage notification preferences, and configure photo retention.

What you can change

Facility name, notification preferences, and photo retention period can be updated at any time. The facility code (used in tracking numbers) cannot be changed after creation.

Photo retention

Photos older than the retention period are automatically deleted to save storage. Package records are kept forever — only the photos are removed. The default is 90 days.

Tips

• The facility code cannot be changed after creation — it is embedded in all tracking numbers
• Changing the facility name does not affect existing packages or tracking numbers
• Only Admins can access facility settings
