Managing Your Subscription

Overview

All billing is managed through the Billing page in Settings. From there you can change your plan, update your payment method, and view your billing history.

Changing your plan

Switch between monthly ($80/mo) and annual ($800/yr) plans at any time. When you switch to annual, you receive a prorated credit for your current monthly period.

Updating your payment method

Tap "Manage Subscription" on the Billing page to open the Stripe customer portal. From there you can update your card, view invoices, and manage your subscription.

Tips

• Switching to annual saves $160 per year per facility
• Payment details are managed securely through Stripe — we never see your card number
• Your billing page shows your next payment date and amount
