How much does it cost?

$80 per month per facility for up to 500 packages per month. Annual plans are available at $800 per year (save $160). If your facility handles more than 500 packages per month, contact us for a custom quote.

Is there a contract?

No contracts. Cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

How does the free trial work?

Your trial lasts 10 days with full access to every feature. No credit card required to start. When the trial ends, your facility becomes read-only until you subscribe.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your facility switches to read-only mode. You can still view your data, but you cannot create or deliver packages. Your data is preserved for 30 days. Subscribe at any time to restore full access.

What payment methods are accepted?

Any major credit or debit card. Payments are processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

What about AI Label Scan?

Every plan includes free AI scans. During your trial you get 100 total scans (not per month — 100 for the entire trial). After subscribing, you get 20 free scans per month. Need more? Add the AI Label Scan add-on for $20/month per facility from the Billing page for unlimited scans. All tiers are subject to a per-user rate limit of 30 scans per hour.
