How to enable camera permissions in your browser and device settings

Overview

PackageTrack Pro needs camera access for barcode scanning and photo capture. If the camera is not working, your browser may have blocked the permission.

iPhone (Safari)

Open the Settings app. Scroll to Safari. Tap Camera, and select Allow. Return to PackageTrack Pro and refresh the page.

Android (Chrome)

Open Chrome, then Settings, then Site Settings, then Camera. Find PackageTrack Pro in the list and set it to Allow. Return to the app and refresh.

Installed PWA

If you installed PackageTrack Pro to your home screen and the camera is not working, try removing it and adding it again. This resets permissions.

Tips

  • This is a browser permission, not something we control — you need to allow it in your device settings
  • After changing permissions, refresh the page for them to take effect
  • If you accidentally denied the permission, you need to manually allow it in settings
