What works when you lose your internet connection, and what does not

What works offline

You can browse the app, view recently loaded packages, and access the help center. The app shell loads from cache, so the interface is always available.

What does not work offline

Creating, updating, or delivering packages requires an internet connection. Email notifications cannot be sent. Search results are limited to what was last loaded.

Connection indicator

The header shows a connection status icon: green for online, yellow for slow, red for offline. When you see red, move to an area with better connectivity.

Tips

  • Most warehouse WiFi dead zones are brief — walk to a connected area and try again
  • The app will automatically reconnect when your internet returns
  • If you are frequently offline, talk to your IT team about improving WiFi coverage in the receiving area
