Using PackageTrack Pro Offline

What works offline

When you are offline the app shows a clear offline screen instead of a broken page. If you were partway through a Scan & Receive batch, the barcodes you scanned stay saved on your phone and you can submit them once you reconnect.

What does not work offline

Everything else needs a connection: package lists, search, package details, photos, receiving a single package, AI label scans, delivering, and notifications. None of these are shown from a saved copy on your device.

Connection indicator

The header shows a connection status icon: green for online, yellow for slow, red for offline. When you see red, move to an area with better connectivity.

Tips

• Most warehouse Wi-Fi dead zones are brief — walk to a connected area and try again
• The app will automatically reconnect when your internet returns
• If you are frequently offline, talk to your IT team about improving Wi-Fi coverage in the receiving area
