Quick fixes for the most common error messages in PackageTrack Pro

Session expired

This means your login session has timed out. Sign in again — sessions last 7 days. If this happens frequently, make sure your browser is not clearing cookies automatically.

Facility not found

Check that you are accessing the correct facility. If you belong to multiple facilities, use the facility switcher to select the right one.

Upload failed

This usually means your internet connection dropped during a photo upload. Check your connection and try again. If photos consistently fail, try reducing the image size.

Permission denied

You may not have the right role for this action. Admin features like settings, team management, and reports require the Admin role. Ask your facility admin to update your role if needed.

  • Most errors are connection-related — check the connection indicator in the header

  • Refreshing the page often resolves temporary glitches
