Managing Delivery Locations

What are delivery locations?

Delivery locations are the physical spots within your facility where packages get dropped off or picked up. Examples: Front Desk, Building A Lobby, Warehouse B, Loading Dock.

Managing locations

Go to Settings to add, edit, or deactivate delivery locations. Deactivated locations stop appearing in the deliver dropdown but remain on historical packages.

Steps

1. Go to Settings
2. Find the Delivery Locations section
3. Tap Add Location to create a new one, or tap an existing location to edit it
4. Deactivate locations you no longer use instead of deleting them

Tips

• Deactivate instead of delete to preserve historical records
• Locations appear in alphabetical order in the deliver dropdown
• Use clear, short names — operators will see these on a phone screen
