Create your first facility with a name, code, and delivery locations

What is a facility?

A facility is a physical location where you receive and deliver packages — a warehouse, mailroom, office building, or any receiving area. Each facility has its own packages, team members, and settings.

Delivery locations

Delivery locations are the specific spots within your facility where packages get dropped off — like Front Desk, Building A, Warehouse B, or Loading Dock. These show up as options when you deliver a package.

Steps

  1. Give your facility a name (e.g., Main Warehouse, Building A Mailroom)
  2. Choose a short 3-letter code — this appears in your tracking numbers (e.g., MWH-2026-00001)
  3. Add delivery locations within your facility (you can add more later in Settings)

Tips

  • The facility code cannot be changed after creation, so choose carefully
  • Add all your common delivery spots now — it saves time later
  • You can manage multiple facilities from one account if you have several locations
