How to cancel, what happens to your data, and how to resubscribe
How to cancel
Go to Settings, then Billing. Tap "Manage Subscription" to open the Stripe portal, then tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to your data?
Your data is preserved for 30 days after your subscription ends. During this time you can export everything as CSV. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.
Resubscribing
If you resubscribe within 30 days, all your data is still there — packages, team members, settings. Just go to Billing and choose a plan.
Tips
- Export your data as CSV before canceling if you need it for your records
- Your access continues until the end of the billing period — you are not cut off immediately
- Resubscribing within 30 days restores everything
