Delivering a Package

Overview

When a recipient comes to pick up their package, the deliver flow lets you find it quickly, confirm the handoff, and optionally capture a signature for proof.

Steps

1. Tap "Deliver" in the sidebar
2. Search for the package by recipient name, tracking number, or scan the barcode
3. Select the package from the results
4. Confirm the delivery location
5. Capture a signature (optional — for high-value or compliance packages)
6. Tap Deliver — done! The recipient gets a delivery confirmation email

Tips

• You can also start a delivery from the package detail page
• Signatures are stored digitally as proof of delivery
• If the recipient is not available, you can leave the package as Received and deliver later
