Capturing Digital Signatures

Overview

Digital signatures provide legally defensible proof that a specific person received a package. Use them for high-value items, compliance requirements, or any time you need a signed record.

How to capture a signature

During the deliver flow, the signature pad appears after you confirm the delivery. The recipient signs with their finger on the screen. You can clear and redo the signature if needed.

Tips

• Turn the phone to landscape mode for a larger signing area
• Signatures are stored with the package record and can be viewed on the detail page
• If the recipient cannot sign in person, you can skip the signature and just confirm delivery
