Finding a Package

Overview

PackageTrack Pro makes it easy to find any package. Use the search bar on the Packages page, or scan a barcode to jump directly to a package.

Fuzzy search

The default search mode uses fuzzy matching — type a tracking number, recipient name, or sender and results appear instantly as you type. Even partial matches and typos work.

AI search

Tap the sparkle (✨) button to enable AI search. Type a natural language query like "FedEx packages for John last week" and press Enter. The AI interprets your query and filters by status, carrier, date range, recipient, and more — all at once. AI search requires an internet connection.

Status filters

Use the status tabs to filter by Received, Sorted, Out for Delivery, Delivered, Held, Returned, or All.

Tips

• Scanning a barcode from the Packages page jumps you directly to that package
• Fuzzy search means you do not need to type the exact tracking number — close matches work
• AI search understands natural language — try "delivered packages this week" or "UPS packages for Sarah"
• AI search is offline-aware — the sparkle button disables when you lose connection
