Photo Proof of Delivery

Take photos when receiving or delivering packages for visual proof
Why photos matter
Photos create a visual record of every package. If a recipient reports damage or claims they never got a package, you have proof. Photos are optional but recommended — especially for high-value items.
When to take photos
Take an intake photo when you receive the package to document its condition on arrival. Take a delivery photo to show where you left it or that it was handed to the recipient.
How it works
During the receive or deliver flow, tap the camera icon to take a photo. Photos are automatically compressed so they do not eat up storage. You can view all photos in a lightbox on the package detail page.
Tips
- Photos auto-compress to save storage — no need to resize before uploading
- Photos are retained for 90 days by default — admins can change this in Settings
- You can pinch-to-zoom and swipe through photos in the lightbox view
