Tracking Your First Package

Overview

This guide walks you through the complete lifecycle of a package — from the moment it arrives at your facility to when you hand it off to the recipient. The whole process takes under a minute.

Receiving

Tap "Receive" from the dashboard or sidebar. You have two modes: Single (scan barcode, assign recipient, confirm) or Scan & Receive (bulk-scan barcodes to a staging location without assigning recipients yet). In Single mode, point your camera at the barcode — the carrier and tracking number are detected automatically, or enter them manually. Select the recipient, optionally snap a photo, and tap Receive. Done.

Delivering

When the recipient comes to pick up their package, tap "Deliver" from the sidebar. Search or scan to find their package. Confirm the delivery location, capture a signature if needed, and tap Deliver.

Tips

• The entire receive process should take under 10 seconds once you get the hang of it
• Recent recipients appear as quick-tap chips so you don't have to search every time
• You can take a photo of the package for proof — it is optional but recommended
