Troubleshoot missing package notification emails step by step
Check spam folder
The most common cause is emails landing in the spam or junk folder. Check there first and mark PackageTrack Pro emails as Not Spam.
Verify email address
Make sure the recipient's email address is correct in their profile. A typo in the email means notifications go nowhere.
Check notification settings
Go to Settings and confirm that notifications are enabled for your facility. Each notification type (received, delivered, reminder) can be toggled independently.
Company email filters
Some companies block external emails by default. Ask your IT team to whitelist notifications@packagetrackpro.com.
Tips
- Whitelist notifications@packagetrackpro.com to prevent future filtering
- Check that the recipient exists in the system and has a valid email
- If none of these steps help, contact support with the tracking number and recipient email
