Delivery Runs
Build and execute delivery routes to deliver sorted packages efficiently
Overview
Delivery runs let you group sorted packages into a route and deliver them in sequence. Build a run, grab the packages, and mark them delivered one by one as you go. When the run is complete, every package has a delivery record.
Building a run
Start a new delivery run from the sidebar. Select the packages or locations you want to include. The run groups packages by delivery location so you can plan your route. Once built, the run moves to IN_PROGRESS status.
Executing a run
Follow the run list location by location. At each stop, mark packages as delivered — optionally capturing a signature or photo. When all packages are delivered, complete the run. If you cannot deliver a package, you can skip it and it stays in its current status.
Run history
Completed runs are saved with timestamps, who executed them, and delivery details. Abandoned runs (started but not completed) are also tracked. View run history from the runs list.
Tips
- Build runs by location to minimize walking or driving between stops
- You can abandon a run if priorities change — undelivered packages stay in their current status
- Delivery runs pair with Sort Mode: sort first, then build a run for each route
- Run history is useful for tracking delivery patterns and staffing needs
