You get 10 days of full access, including 100 AI label scans. No credit card required to start. When the trial ends, you can subscribe to keep your data.
What happens to my data if I don't subscribe?
After the trial, your account goes read-only for 30 days so you can export your data. After 40 days total, the data is permanently deleted.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, you can switch anytime through the billing portal. When upgrading to annual, you'll be credited for any remaining monthly billing.
What does 'per facility' mean?
If packages show up at one door, that’s one facility. Most teams only need one. Running multiple locations? Each gets its own dashboard, users, and data — fully separate.
Is there a limit on packages or users?
