Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PackageTrack Pro ("the Service"), operated by PackageTrack Pro ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PackageTrack Pro is a cloud-based package tracking and mailroom management platform. The Service enables facilities to receive, sort, track, and deliver packages to internal recipients with features including barcode scanning, photo capture, AI-assisted label reading, and multi-channel notifications.

3. Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free trial.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by users you invite to your organization or facility.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 10-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you may subscribe to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your account will enter a read-only grace period of 30 days, after which your data will be permanently deleted.

5. Billing & Subscription

• The Service is offered on a per-facility basis at the prices listed on our pricing page.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, facilities, or systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

7. Fair Use & Service Limits

• Each Organization account represents one legal entity. If you operate multiple legal entities, each requires its own Organization. Multiple facilities under one entity are supported and billed per facility.
• The Service is designed for typical mailroom and package tracking workloads. If your usage consistently exceeds typical parameters (for example, processing more than 500 packages per day per facility), we may contact you to discuss a plan that better fits your needs.
• Your subscription grants a license for your own organization's use only. Resale, sub-licensing, or providing the Service to third parties as a managed service requires a separate written agreement.
• We reserve the right to contact customers whose usage patterns are significantly outside the norm to ensure the Service is being used as intended and to discuss appropriate plan options.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We will not sell your data to third parties.

9. Multi-Tenant Isolation

The Service operates on a multi-tenant architecture. Each facility's data is logically isolated and inaccessible to other tenants. We maintain strict access controls to prevent cross-facility data access.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of PackageTrack Pro. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PackageTrack Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
